We offer St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, bone-in chicken thighs, and pulled or sliced beef brisket, as well as traditional BBQ sides like egg potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, tossed salad, cornbread soufflé and BBQ baked beans with smoked pulled pork added – a meal in itself.

Taking my needs and ideas and helping me plan the party out, and serving some delicious BBQ! Having him on-site smoking the food and building our appetites, was a great sidebar to the event. For our wedding we were simply looking for a person that wanted to grill for us. We had a BBQ and wanted to bring the food. Through a little ad, we found John. When we met the first time, we already knew it would be great. He has so much passion for grilling, you clearly can’t miss this. It was easy to talk about the food and John offered to buy everything for us. We ended up having marinated chicken, burgers, lamb kebabs, vegetables and pineapple with brown sugar and maple syrup. He also threw some brats ,that we got on the grill for us. Everything was so delicious and the lamb and pineapples were gone in no time. But it wasn’t just great food. John is a gracious cook and we enjoyed having him around ,being so easy going. So if you are looking for a great BBQ caterer who is passionate about what he is doing, offers a very good price and is very nice, I would definitely recommend John Fairbanks!–Jasmina
